This isn't too shabby a reply. I'd consider this a form letter, but it does appear to be legitimately signed by Teresa Lenz, their Consumer Affairs Manager. Enclosed was also a "How to Cut & Bone Fresh Chicken" brochure, two recipes (Quick and Easy Chicken, and Citrus Chicken), and a voucher for one free Foster Farms Poultry Product valued up to $7.00.
I'd say that was a response well received. Thanks, Foster Farms!
